Specific exercise can be extremely beneficial for adults who experience problems with their balance, or with symptoms associated with arthritis.

If you are affected by arthritis, waiting for a joint replacement, recovering after a joint replacement, recently have had falls or generally feel unsteady on your feet a regular exercise class may help!

Our weekly class focuses on small group exercise aimed at strengthening limbs, restoring balance and improving fitness. The class is a circuit based class 40-45 minutes long, and uses a variety of exercises to target different areas. Each participant has their balance assessed, which allows the physiotherapist to recommend exercises to better improve key areas such as strength, balance and fitness.
