We are pleased to be able to offer Telehealth online appointments so you can get professional advice and rehabilitation in your very own home.
What do I need to be able to do a telehealth appointment?
Access to the internet
A smartphone (Apple or android), PC or tablet
Quiet space
How does it work?
You arrange a time with your physio
You will be sent an email with a link which takes you directly to Physitrack site where your video consult will begin
How long will it take?
Consults will be 40 minutes for a new appointment and 30 minutes for a follow up
What will the appointment consist of?
As per normal you will have a comprehensive assessment, following which we will formulate a rehab plan and provide you with appropriate advice and exercises. You will be able to access your rehab program online – complete with videos for you to refer to.
How much will it cost?
ACC consults - $35 initial and $30 follow up
Private consults - $75 initial and $65 follow up
Can I still come to you directly to lodge an ACC claim?
Absolutely. We can still complete and lodge an ACC claim for you online.
